The event is being coordinated with Cross Pollinate Community member, Mike Kane, with a tree planting occurring at his home and farm in West Chester, PA.
The event begins on Wednesday, October 22nd with a private tour of the Brandywine Museum of Art in Chadds Ford, PA, followed by dinner. On Thursday, October 23rd, we will spend the morning planting trees at Mike’s property. This is a great way to commemorate a loved one or to offer an intention which will grow and flourish for many years to come. After lunch, we will have a free afternoon at the Inn, and head to Longwood Gardens where we can enjoy dinner amid the Fall colors in one of the world’s most beautiful gardens. The event officially ends Friday, October 25th. For those of you able to arrive early, there are several optional activities with cultural significance.
The closest Metropolitan area to West Chester, PA is Wilmington, DE, but out of town guests may prefer flying through Philadelphia International Airport or taking the train from New York or DC to the area. We can help coordinate logistics as we get closer.
We ask that anyone coming for the retreat plans to be present for its entirety. If you need to occasionally step away for a call or emails that is fine, but be mindful of the impact to the group.
