Cross Pollinate Southern Africa

The Cross Pollinate Southern Africa trip, last held in 2023 and is scheduled for the summer of 2026. While the 2023 event included minors and was mostly in the nation of Zimbabwe, the 2026 Cross Pollinate trip will include South Africa and Zimbabwe as possibly other countries. The trip will be custom designed for up to ten adults with top notch meals, accommodations and safari and cultural experiences. By many, this would be considered a once in a lifetime program.

Event details:

The trip will take place between July and September (the timing will allow for a optimization of both climate and game viewing.)

The trip is being coordinated by Cross Pollinate advisor, Kerryn Seward of the Williams & Parker Family Office and will combine exceptional safari, business, politics and economic experiences. Kerryn’s sister-in-law Kristy Coventry Seward will be helping with the governmental tours and interactions.

Estimated cost for a single person based on this itinerary is estimated to be $1,500 per day, not including airfare to and from Zimbabwe. This estimate includes all internal transport (primarily by private aircraft with vetted providers), meals, drinks, lodging, transportation, safari, and tips. With the exception of Harare, all accommodations are effectively 5 star. Once we know how many couples/singles, we can update estimates, as spouses/partners will not not be the full cost of an unaccompanied traveler. Costs have been negotiated down substantially due to relationships with providers and will be spread across guests. For instance, we may have gotten $300/day rate for accommodations normally $1,500 (80% discount).
